1. Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2:30 PM Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the 2:30 PM ET cutoff are processed the next business day.
Friday processing is not routine and is performed only as inventory and operational capacity allow. Buyers requiring Friday processing should contact Biotech Sciences in advance to confirm availability.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
The following shipping methods are available at checkout:

| Next-Day Shipping (Florida Only) | $10 |
Free Overnight Shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of $1,500 or more, before taxes and any other fees.
All shipping rates are flat-rate per order and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Delivery and Carriers
Shipments are tendered to nationally recognized common carriers. Tracking information is provided by email once an Order ships. Estimated transit times are based on carrier service standards and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier at Biotech Sciences's facility (FOB Origin), in accordance with the Biotech Sciences Terms of Service.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Claims regarding damaged, non-conforming, or lost shipments are governed by Sections 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4 of the Biotech Sciences Terms of Service. Buyer must submit any claim within the time periods set forth therein, with photographs and supporting documentation, to be eligible for replacement.
5. International Shipping
Biotech Sciences does not ship Products outside the United States.
6. Address Accuracy
Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of Order placement. Biotech Sciences is not liable for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information supplied by Buyer.
