Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the specialized, sensitive, and fragile nature of the materials and services provided, all sales are final. Once an order has been accepted and processed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, improper use, ordering errors, or changes in requirements.

2. No Returns Accepted

For quality assurance, safety, and compliance reasons, the Company does not accept returns of any products or materials once they have left our control.

Returned shipments sent without authorization will not be accepted or credited.

3. Damaged or Defective Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or materially defective, you must notify the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

• Your order number
  
• A written description of the issue
  
• Clear photographic evidence of the packaging and materials as received
  

Upon review, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the affected item(s), or
  
• Provide an alternative resolution deemed appropriate
  

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe constitutes acceptance of the shipment.

4. Shipping Limitations

BioTech Sciences ships only within the United States. International shipping is not offered.

Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be cancelled at the Company’s discretion.

5. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. While the Company takes reasonable care in packaging and fulfillment, it is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers beyond our control.

6. Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first contacting the Company may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
  
• Refusal of future orders
  
• Submission of documentation to the payment processor
  

This policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with payment processor requirements.
